SEED
A net-based meeting place for students, teachers and reseachers of English, and a place for sharing materials and data to promote learning, teaching and research, SEED is open to all students, teachers and researchers at institutes of higher education in Sweden, but also for international collaborations.

• The main SEED site is hosted by Mondo at Stockholm University. There you will find a growing repository of materials, links, and other useful information.

To log on to SEED at Mondo:

1. Follow this link: http://mondo.su.se
2. Choose “Login others” in the top right hand corner
3. Choose “Login Guests”
4. Register
(Nota Bena: Once you have received your password, exit the registration site and go back to “Login others”. This instruction hasn’t yet been added to the page. The next update will include better login instructions and the possibility of choosing one’s own password.)

• We have also host discussion forums for various collaborative projects:

There are two sites where you can hook up to SEED at this point in time:

• For online collaboration on C-essay projects, visit our SEED Google group: http://groups.google.com/group/swedishseed

• For online international collaborations, visit our SEED Google group:
http://groups.google.com/group/internationalseed

Please pass this information on to your students and colleagues. We believe that SEED will develop into a rich network of creativity for English Studies, but in the initial stages it might need some help along the way. For the time being, we are maintaining both the Google site and the Mondo site. Google is easily accessible and might therefore have greater appeal to students. Mondo is a more sophisticated repository of materials and links.
